Try VirAl provides AI-powered tools for content creators, including:

  • Video script generation
  • Viral video analysis
  • Content brief creation
  • Hook and storyline suggestions

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive a 2-day free trial with access to all features.

Paid Subscriptions: After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Choose between monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year, saves $40). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Refunds: All sales are final. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Stripe. You agree to their respective terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the scripts and content you generate using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

Our Platform: The Try VirAl platform, including all software, algorithms, and design, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our Service.

License Grant: By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide AI-generated outputs and improve our models.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Create misleading, defamatory, or hateful content
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI tools generate content based on patterns and data, but outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or original. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRY VIRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF OUTPUTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
